Ricky Chan, Co-Founder
Growing up in Queens and Staten Island, but it was the NYC nightlife and hospitality scene along with managing his family’s restaurant that inspired him to continue his journey of being a 2nd generation restaurateur. In 2016, he took the leap of faith and moved cross country to join his brother, Patrick to open RM212, est. 2017. Ricky has worn many hats in the hospitality industry and wants to continue this love for hospitality with the new RM212.
Patrick Chan, Co-Founder
Born in the Bronx, Patrick found himself working at his father's restaurant. Eventually, he became more involved with the front of house and unknowingly, hospitality became his passion. After college, he worked in Manhattan and explored the amazing speakeasy and cocktail scene. He then moved to San Francisco to gain hospitality experience which led him to open RM212 with his brother. He still considers himself a student of mixology and has a passion to improve.
Antoine Leduy, Executive Chef
At 32 years old, Antoine is a Vietnamese-American Chef with over 10 years in the hospitality experience. Cooking with his mother as a child gave him the passion for culinary creativity. He got his big break as a chef with the Chris Yeo Restaurant Group in 2016, Antoine climbed up to junior sous chef at SINO and a kitchen manager at Straits. After moving to San Francisco in 2018 and he landed the role of chef tournant at The Bear & Monarch. With his desire to learn more and building relationships, Antoine completed a brief stint at the French Laundry in 2021. Now, he wants to lead a kitchen and create something uniquely Antoine.
